Xtane is produced by Natco Pharma and contains the active substance Exemestane (Aromasin). Exemestane is used by men who use steroids to stop their androgens (male hormones) from converting into estrogen (female hormones).
Effect of Aromasin
When either Testosterone, Methandienone or Boldenone are taken, Aromasin is used to stop the aromatization process that occurs. Men use it to increase the amount of testosterone in the body but the aromatase enzyme converts a lot of this testosterone into estrogen.
This leads to estrogenic side effects such as:
Gynecomastia.
Water retention.
Acne.
Being an aromatase inhibitor (AI), Exemestane binds to the aromatase enzyme stopping it from converting testosterone in the first place. This process reduces the level of estrogen in the blood by 85%, which in turn reduces the number of side effects that the user will experience. The same process also means that more testosterone will remain in the blood, this has positive effects for the user such as a reduction in body fat along with improved muscle definition.
